Current offerings:

FLANDERS ON HOLIDAY SOUR RED:
6.0% 5 IBU Flanders Red style aged for 2 years in Oregon Pinot Noir oak barrels, then fermented with Pineapple and Grapefruit, resulting in a burgundy-like acidity and juicy flavor.

SAISON BLANC:
8.5% 5 IBU Pale tart saison fermented on Sauvignon Blanc juice.

ROSE OF THE GODS:
6.1% 5 IBU Blend of pale saison and red sour ale aged on Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris grapes.

THE BELLINI PUCKER:
6.5% 5 IBU Pale sour ale fermented with over 2lb/gallon peaches and apricots.

LEMON LIME CITRUS SOUR:
6.5% 15 IBU Bright citrus aromas, complimented by an enticing Brettanomyces fermentation character. Pleasant zesty aromas and a crisp acidity.
